5 Days In : What we've learned, loved & laughed at

5 Days In : What we've learned, loved & laughed at

It's been five days since we officially launched STYLEDas and honestly, it feels like we've lived five lifetimes (in the best, most chaotic, most emotional way possible).

We always said this business would be built with heart, hustle and a healthy dose of humour, and this first week has tested every part of that. Let's take you behind the scenes of what it's really been like, five days into dropping our very first collection.

The nerves were real.

The night before launch, we barely slept. The morning of? Adrenaline, coffee and a shared playlist blasting in the background while we hovered over our phones like proud (and slightly terrified) parents. Would the site work? Would people get the vision? Would anyone... actually order?

They did. You did. And we cried. Genuinely. Every order that came through felt like a personal hug from the Home Body Besties - Proof that the countless months of planning, second-guessing, designing and dreaming, were worth it.

There's a hurdle to everything.

No, really - everything. Want to print a shipping label? Hurdle. Want to pack a box without looking like it's your first time? Hurdle. Want to work out what the difference is between "tracked 24" and "next day delivery" when your only experience with logistics is binge-ordering skincare at midnight? Massive hurdle.

But we made it. Slowly. Clumbsily. With YouTube tutorials, tech support calls, and the occasional shout of "WHY IS NOTHING PRINTING?" echoing through the packing space. We learned to celebrate every tiny win (overly dramatised of course... but what's a milestone without a bit of drama?).

Our first shipping label : screamed

Our first time taping a box: filmed it.

Our first "thank you" card packed: framed it in our minds forever.

The love? Unmatched.

From DMs that made us cry, to TikToks that made us laugh out loud, to photos of your orders arriving - You have made us feel seen, supported, and like we're building something truly special with you, not just for you. You welcomed us into your homes, your feed, your coffee table styling moments, and that will never, ever be lost on us.

One incredible customer even told us she'd "been waiting for a brand like this to exist" (you know you who you are) and we've been waiting for you too.

And the surprise? The best kind.

We had our eyes on certain products we thought would be the runaway hits... but you had ideas of your own. Our Naval-styled Noughts & Crosses flew out faster than we could say "strategic styling moment". The Michi Luxe Cushions? Major main character energy. And the Stone Perry vase we argued over? She's officially That Girl.

It's been so fun seeing what you are drawn to, how you're styling things, and hearing how even the smallest touch - a stone detail, a luxe neutral - is transforming your spaces.

And the laughs? Non-stop.

There was a moment we ran out of packing tape mid-way through 400 boxes (rookie error). The time we proudly printed labels, only to realise they were upside down. Or when we got so excited about a TikTok comment we accidentally packed the wrong thing (it was fixed, promise).

STYLEDas has always been about more than just interiors. It's about joy, connection and helping people create spaces that feel good and look good. And we're only just getting started.

To every single one of you who ordered, tagged, messaged, supported, or simply watched from afar : THANK YOU. You are now part of the STYLEDas story.

Here's to the next five days, and every overly dramatic milestone still to come.

We hope you enjoy the ride.

LOVE

Sheldon & Andrea XO

As I was reading this, I could imagine you and Andrea sitting, staring at the screen waiting for the first order….. then screaming and dancing round the room when it came through! Lol A day no doubt that is etched in your mind forever. Congratulations both on your success and thank you for the orders I have received. I am absolutely thrilled with them !
